CScout Japan


Since 2001, CScout Japan has worked with brands worldwide to better understand the Japanese market and its consumers, create partnerships, and harness new ideas for innovation.

The Challenge

When we joined the project, CScout Japan’s website was a simple blog which was only updated when the company was mentioned in in either a magazine article, or a television show. Unfortunately the website did a very poor job telling the visitor what CScoutJapan was about, or what it did.

What We Did

We understood that when a new visitor came to CScoutJapan’s website, primarily what they were looking for was not the latest blog posts. It was always either company information, what the company could do for them, or contact information. In order to accommodate this, we chose to turn the homepage into a very simple and effective portal to lead the visitors to exactly what they came looking for.

In addition, each of the pages describing a specific service that CScout Japan offered, included multiple case studies and examples to show how that specific service helped real companies.

The Results

The new website allowed CScout Japan to communicate much more clearly and effectively with potential clients by providing case studies and descriptions of specific services.

Full contact information was included at the bottom of every single page to make establishing first contact much easier..

When launched the new website was met very well and after a few months of use, the design was adopted by CScout Japan’s parent company, CScout, with virtually no changes.
